The Desert Ride

Rajasthan, Northern India

On this unique safari you are guided through rural Rajasthan and visit the Nagaur Horse Festival. India is a unique spirit, an experience not to be missed. Golden Eagle Ride

Mongolian Star Expedition

Altai Mountains, Western Mongolia

This a serious expedition in a restricted area along the Chinese border between Dayan Lake and Shegirtai Lake. It is only sensible to travel between mid-July and August. Riding wise the landscape is spectacular but very challenging. So we go with just horses, packing them to carry camping equipment and food. The trip will take a lot of preparation and thus needs an early commitment. If you want a proper adventure, no frills, amazing camping experience, this is your trip.

Shamanic Reindeer Journey

Tsaatan Region, Northern Mongolia

A fascinating horseback journey into the wilderness region of the Tsaatan reindeer herders. Pine forests, mountains and the crystal clear Lake Khovsgol provide a stunning backdrop for your remarkable adventure. Days spent in the saddle and nights under canvas. This journey is designed in conjunction with the Tsaatan Community and Visitor Centre, who provide invaluable local expertise in this region and support indigenous families and their reindeer herds.

Spirit of Chinggis Khan

Khenti Region, Eastern Mongolia

This will be a fast ride through great country. The Khan Khentii is a protected area and has plenty of wildlife, good going for the horses and has a kind of magical oriental feeling to the land. The Great Khan is buried somewhere in these hills. The route of the ride takes you to Khagiin Khar Lake and north to some natural hot springs. On the way you will visit nomadic families, and there will be opportunity for exploratory walks and possibly some fishing at the lake.

Endurance Horse Race

Magallanes, Chile

Line up your race horse next to the Chilean competitors in an exciting long distance wild race and enjoy the fun and festivity afterwards. Our 'mane' event starts and finishes right below the impressive Torres del Paine. The race categories are:  Experts 100kms, Hunters 75kms and Safari 40kms. The week beforehand you will embark on an exciting 5 night ride staying in a combination of log cabins and estancia. The riding is fast with long canters every day. Journey through forests, high summer lands and spectacular valleys.

Beechwood Glens and Grassland Gallops

This is a fast ride! This trip will inspire and be loved by those who have an adventurous outlook, a love of the outdoors and primarily enjoy riding like the wind! Footsteps of Lady Florence Dixie – Camping

Both the Dixie rides follow the same route. In camping we enter the spirit of Florence Dixie's epic journey across Patagonia of 1879 by setting up camps as her party would have done. The scenery is breathtaking from start to finish. Experience the majestic Baguales mountains and the Torres del Paine national park. Ride through ancient beech forests and encounter beautiful lakes and rivers. Long open valleys to canter along, memorable wildlife encounters, friendly hospitality from locals along the away, led by an experienced and passionate guide.

Footsteps of Lady Florence Dixie – Estancia

Florence Dixie, a fine horsewoman with a sense of adventure, crossed southern Patagonia in 1879. Following her footsteps we will travel through amazing country that lends itself perfectly to lots of cantering. The landscape varies between beech forest, high summer lands, big open pastures and mountain ranges. An opportunity to experience this very special part of Patagonia. Your guide will have a passion and knowledge on the Dixie history but also local folklore, cultural history, the wildlife, the land and its flora.

‘The Patagonia Trail’ is nestled deep in the middle of Patagonia. This particular area where we ride lies is a hidden gem in pristine wilderness. Hat off to Jakob, this is such a good safari. Doesn’t really get much better than this. A super combination of staying in a very comfy base camp in great little log cab cabins combined with fine African safari tents, super attention to detail on the sheets textiles and so on. Log fires in the cabins, bathrooms with hot water, verandahs on which to relax and take in the stunning views and desks to write up your journals or read your book.

Hidden Valley of the Gaucho

Jimmy Radboone was a historical character who settled, with his Telhueche wife, in a beautiful remote lakeside pasture called La Nana. There is an aura of adventure surrounding this region of Patagonia through which we travel. We journey through the cordillera from summerland Veranada Jones through Tucu Tucu to Estancia Condor. We´ll have views of glaciers, impressive mountains, lakes and beechwood forests. We even change to fresh steeds and track wild cows and horses.
